Treatment with Dr Calhoun. Very kind staff and doctors. Let us proceed at the pace we were comfortable with.

It was a good experience. They have it down to a science. They give you clear instructions.

Very friendly staff that took the time to listen to what we wanted and took it into consideration when developing our treatment plan

You need to know your insurance coverage before seeking treatment. At times they charged me directly for things when it should have been filed through insurance first which raised the overall cost of treatment.

From the beginning ACRM has been 100% exceptional. I was honestly very nervous about having to do fertility treatments. Thinking it wasn't going to work on me. But, once we met Dr. Denis every worry left me. His calm and gentle disposition soothed my fears. His care and attention to my questions made me feel heard and valued. He and the entire staff at ACRM were incredible to work with.

I loved loved ACRM. I did blood work, vitamin regiment and thyroid treatment at the end on one cycle. I had an HSG just before my next ovulation and two weeks later I got my BFP!! She is now 13 months old and the joy in our world. The reason I went to ACRM it because I was being told the typical, "oh just keep trying, it will happen." I was 29 and just had a miscarriage. I was very unhappy. Doctor Carpenter said I was still young and healthy but we were just going to speed things up. After 6-8 weeks and many prayers, I was pregnant. I had the best pregnancy and an easy labor. Now we are wanting to add to our family keeping ACRM in mind. I had excellent insurance so everything cost around $1,000-$1,200. Worth it. They earned every penny. They are very forthcoming about the cost.

Honest, explained science in easily understandable terms and diagrams. Committed to health of baby. Also liked that there was a psych consult.
My dr is Keegan. Haven't heard from him in over a year. When we first arrived, they wanted a workup and plus sent my husband to get SA. Found out husbands sperm count was low. So he's been on clomid for quite some time now. The numbers are now super high and we still have not heard back from acrm/Keenan. I called two weeks ago and had to call back yesterday to follow up with my follow up lol someone called me back abt an hour later and told me we would have to Come back in as new patients for a consultation! Huh? Smh at this point I'm just prayin to God he'll do this naturally..... cuz dealing with these ppl have bee on stressful.

I am on the fence on my feelings about this clinic. I am on my second ivf cycle and may have to start a third. If so, I may look at trying another clinic.
The appointments were always very informative, timely, and encouraging. The staff was so friendly and seemed invested in my journey.
The doctors and nurses were very professional and listened to us when we explained the type of care we felt we needed. They were prompt in addressing concerns and we were pregnant within one IUI cycle!

TERRIBLE- DON'T waste your time and money. I can't believe the other reviews are real. I was able to see Dr. Hasty one time. After that, I was told many more tests needed to be done, although Dr. Hasty had said I could see her again after only a couple specific ones were done. The staff is very impersonal and I felt they wanted to schedule as many tests as the insurance would cover--whether they were medically necessary did not seem to be a consideration. Moreover, it was very difficult to schedule anything by telephone because the clinic rarely answers the phone. No messages are returned, even by the assistant "assigned" to you. Half the time it seemed the phone wasn't even working, and I wasn't able to leave a message. Once, I was able to speak to an assistant, who told me the clinic had been sold and there was new staff. I decided to give them one more try and had yet another test. This time, when I called back about test results, no one ever answered. The phone rang and rang. I doubt a message would have mattered since no one from the clinic has ever called me.

We just went for consult after doing IuI with my OBGYN. They said we needed to do IVF and it felt like a sales pitch. Price is a little higher than the other places I've looked into but I know ACRM is very popular. Felt comfortable but not overly comfortable which is what I would like in this experience. We ultimately are going to an out of town clinic. We have to get monitored at another clinic in atlanta though because ACRM has a waiting list for outside monitoring.
They are very good at what they do, but they sometimes let the details slip. I had appointments scheduled for me that I wasn't even told about until I got a phone call asking why I didn't show up for my bloodwork some days. Made the whole experience much more stressful than necessary, but in the end we did 1 cycle with 1 embryo transferred and 1 healthy baby with 5 frozen embryos for baby # two that we are now starting the process for.
not the best experience with my iuis. Felt they missed things sometimes I would Remind them (example I had to ask for progesterone Bc I know I have bad lining). Now I am doing ivf and def a better experience, fingers crossed this works this time. Love the ladies that work there and the doc is awesome just always busy and you are guaranteed to wait for ur appt.

This is a great clinic! They're really efficient and quick with blood draws, which makes my life a lot easier since I usually go in before heading to work. There is one drawback though and that's that you may not see the same doctor each time because of the availability. It didn't bother me though because every doctor I met seemed totally capable. Dr. Hasty is very smart and compassionate. She always explained everything to us and made sure that we understood what was going on. She was encouraging but still realistic (in the nicest way possible) about what our best options were. It just felt like she really cared about us as people, which meant a lot to us.
