    I have been very pleased with my care at Boston IVF. Infertility can be an overwhelming and emotional process but my care team is very helpful answering questions and supporting us through the process.

    I LOVED my nurse, Jill Larock, at the Syracuse Center. She was kind and attentive and helped me to advocate for myself when I needed to.

    Second round of IUI was successful. I liked most of the staff there but felt like I didn’t have much contact with my doctor after the first 2 consultation visits which was a little disappointing.

    I loved the nurses but I never really saw my doctor. I feel bad complaining about it because the doctors plan worked and I got pregnant fairly quickly.

    I had monitoring in Bedford NH and procedures done in Waltham MA. Staff were professional and courteous and Dr. Wright was wonderful to work with.

    I was disappointed in the beginning , the nurse team made a few mistakes, giving us wrong information, I wish they were more attention detail before they give information or results..

    Absolutely loved the staff at Boston IVF. We worked with Dr. Bayer - he was so kind and helpful. The staff at the Brookline and Waltham locations were professional and helpful.

    If you’re looking for hand holding, Boston IVF may not be for you. It’s meant for a quick and convenient process. At times, you’re getting your blood drawn with 3/4 other women just a curtain away. Personally, I couldn’t care less. I didn’t miss much work and was able to go about my day. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, quick responses and convenience of appointments/locations Boston IVF might be for you! My doc is great, moves quick and got the job done with our first IVF transfer (2 failed IUI).

    Boston Ivf is a bit of a fertility factory but I was confident that they knew what they were doing. Not the place for a lot of hand holding but it wasn\u2019t my first rodeo either.

    Appointment time between failed treatments were a long wait... I would make my next appt before my current one failed, because the wait time was 6-8 weeks for appts. If I need further treatment, was thinking of going to a different clinic

    The expertise and Care by the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals was outstanding. It really seems like everybody who we encountered on a daily basis actually cared about our success. The only reason I dock one star is because the administration process can be frustrating at times.

    Fantastic clinic. Despite the fact that they are huge, I never felt like a number. The nursing staff is the best in the business. The best thing I can say for Dr. Berger is that he is very patient and that he listened to your questions carefully.
