The clinic is very clean. I love the patient portal, although it seems my nurse answers some and not all of my questions.

They have two offices which are open until a decent time. The nurses were always very sweet and caring treated my husband and I very well!! The wait time was very short if we had a later appointment, if it was earlier in the day it would be long but not too long!!

Dr Konvanci and his staff was totally awesome very attentive once my cycle was over and I was handed over to my ob/gyn they did follow ups to make sure my pregnancy was going well and they called after I had my daughter as well and told me to feel free to contact them if I had any questions or concerns love them highly recommend Dr Kovanci

I was very impatient and my insurance required I do 3 IUIs before I moved to IVF. It was a long journey but I am pregnant now and it was all worth it.

At HFS, I have received excellent, individualized care. I'm able to use a satellite office as needed, but have also developed a relationship with the staff at their main office in the medical centers. Scans and blood work have little to no wait time, yet I never feel rushed.

This clinic is exceptional! I tried for 12 years to get pregnant. Their office is so understanding and helpful. I love the text feature for the on the go woman! It's so easy to set appointments and ask quick questions!

Haven't had great experiences with the front desk at these offices, which seems to be the norm from what I've read. It's been a little frustrating because they are located right next to the OB/GYN and they allow children in the waiting rooms, which both feel like gut punches when you're TTC. Things started off well with Dr. Grunert but after a little while, I realized that he wasn't really listening to me. There were also times when something important wasn't explained to me for whatever reason, which was extremely frustrating. He's a nice man though. I recommend being proactive and making sure you ask a lot of questions.
