The IVF process was amazing from start to finish. From diagnostic testing to medication administration to ultrasounds, egg retrieval and transfer to pregnancy test!

Doctor was almost always late. Never saw her during the procedures just at follow ups which is odd. First nurse I had was not good and missed things but my second nurse has been wonderful.

Bottom line, they got me a result I wanted. They are maybe not the best, but very good at taking care of patients in logistics and personalized care type things.

Knowledgeable and good reputation. Appointments are always late though and the staff that communicates with insurance could use some sensitivity training.

We tried for over a year and went to Brigham and Women's Hospital for help. We got pregnant (with twin boys) in just 2 cycles! The staff was amazing and treated us like family. Drs were great and always spent time with us answering questions. The only drawback I would say was the wait time for each appointment. It could get REALLY long for some appointments. But we achieved what we wanted so we were happy with what they have delivered!
