Gosh, where to even start! My husband and I got married April 2016 and we immediately started trying for a family. I started letrozole December 2016 as I would take ovulation tests and my timing was always off. We did 6 rounds of that and unfortunately, no success. We made an appointment in May 2017 with Dr.Yates. We were so nervous but yet optimistic that Dr.Yates was going to be able to help us and figure out the root of our issues. We did quite a bit of testing between my husband and I and figured out that we both had issues. We were devastated thinking we were out of the game but Dr. Yates stayed focused and created a plan that worked for us! We decided to try IUI with letrozole and trigger shot in August 2017. We were told there was only a 20% success rate so we went in with an open mind and heart. 2 weeks later, we found out we were pregnant. When we went in for our first ultrasound the nurse Erica (who is incredible!!!) and Dr. Yates met us in the ultrasound room. The moment we saw the heartbeat we all just beamed with excitement!! I think they were even more excited then us!!! It was such an incredible moment and to see the staff and doctor just as excited and invested in our journey, well it was amazing. Our sweet baby boy is 10 weeks old today and we couldn’t be more in love. I would recommend Dr. Yates a million times!!
