This clinic is extremely well-organized. You never have to wait more than a couple minutes for your appointment. It's a well-oiled machine to get you in and out for those monitoring sessions or blood draws. When you need to talk to someone, though, the doctors and nurses really spend the time with you and patiently address any concerns or questions you have. Furthermore, and this is really superficial, but the actual office facilities are nice. The rooms for appointments, blood draws, and even the procedure rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. It feels luxurious.

The clinic itself was not great. I got handed off to three different nurses for a simple blood draw -- weirdest experience. Also, had terrible issues with their billing department. Went in for a consultation and my visits were fraudulently coded as "infertility". All I went to them for was diagnostics!! She never did ANY procedures or treatments on me. Sadly I ended up having to pay out of pocket for something that our insurance covered with a different provider. Grateful for second opinions.

I love that I have had the same nurse to call and ask questions to, and that we email back and forth which is great because she is prompt! Their ENTIRE staff is so positive, knowledgeable and helpful in any situation. I feel like even though your fertility situation might not be helped, they always provide hope.

I've had nothing but a good experience with my clinic so far. There have been no complications and everything has gone smoothly each step of the way. I've been a patient for just about a year. I'm very happy with RMA of Texas.

The service at RMA was exceptionally good. We came from another local clinic, Austin Fertility Institute, where we could hardly get a staff member to return a phone call and we had multiple other issues with care. Dr. Arredondo is simply amazing. We went with him because he was the only doctor in town who recommended a different protocol after two failed rounds. His bedside manner and empathy are truly amazing. I have since referred many people to RMA. Dr. Arredondo is so incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. He will give you his cell number and email address. He truly cares about his patients and their experience.
