    The staff is friendly & accomodating. Scheduling, communication, & billing were all easy to work with. We loved Dr Thomas!!! She is caring, detailed, takes time with you, considerate, knowledgeable, & very personable! Would highly recommend her!!

    Dr. Thomas is wonderful! On my first visit she sat down with my husband and me and told us exactly what the plan was and how we were going to achieve getting pregnant. I felt like I was in such good hands! The staff is wonderful and supportive and with their help I just had my first positive pregnancy test!

    My experience was beyond my expectations. My doctor name was Dr Lee and her team of nurses were amazing. Katie and Megan were my go to people. They are as invested as you are when trying to conceive.

    Nurses and medical assistants great. Not overly impressed with Dr. He missed an important test result i had that resulted in 2 failed transfers and the need to do another egg retrieval.

    This office made what would ordinarily be an unpleasant experience a very comfortable and an experience filled with hope. An HSG is scary, especially when you know little about the procedure. The doctor was very caring and charismatic from the moment she walked in the door. She talked me through the entire process, never making a move without checking to see that I was okay with the next step. Doctors can be so abrasive sometimes but these doctors were truly compassionate and made us feel not so alone. Even my husband has noted how the semen analysis process and IUI prep seems like it would be awkward, but they take the stigma away from the whole operation. When your husband has no qualms about returning, that's an A+ in my book!

    All of the staff were very friendly and pleasant to work with. The waiting room was never overly crowded and we never really experienced much of a wait.

    The clinic staff and doctors are all amazing. It is open almost every day and you get updates from the embryologists and nurses frequently

    This clinic is pleasant, clean, and welcoming. The staff has always been kind and professional. The only thing is that the wait time can be long sometimes. On the plus side, the clinic is available every day of the week so you don't have to consider when you'll be ovulating. We appreciate having one less thing to worry about! We loved Dr. C. He was so kind and we really felt like he cared about us and our goals. He made sure that we always understood what was going on and was honest about the possible outcomes (of course, he was always able to tell us in a kind way). It's been very refreshing to have such a wonderful doctor.
