The one think I can say is that the staff were very friendly. Dr. Lieman was also great. However, they have really poor communication and are disorganized. After having done my bloodwork and my SO completed his SA, we waited two months for the follow up, which is fine. When we went for the follow up, it was discovered that the medical assistant failed to take enough blood to complete all of the tests the dr ordered. On top of the, my SO's results from the SA were "missing". Long story short both needed to now be redone. After having redone my blood work for genetic testing, they failed to contact me to discuss my results. It wasn't until I outreached months later and they said they thought someone already spoke to me as something did come up on the testing. Very frustrating. Although I do like the doctor, the staff are inefficient.
