I can’t say enough about Shady Grove. Our amazing nurse and doctor were in the Frederick office and they were the absolute best. We went to Townson for all of our procedures. Everything at Shady Grove runs like a well oiled machine.

Felt like a number in line. Doctor lacked bedside manner, felt like cattle being herded to the IVF factory. We moved onto another clinic that really took the time to understand us.

We were actually treated at Shady Grove Fertility in Annapolis by Dr. Mottla. We had our procedures done at their Rockville location. We couldn't be happier with the care we got from every single staff member at both locations. Everyone has been so kind and we felt as though we were treated like people instead of numbers. We did IVF and are happy to announce that it worked! We are 10 weeks along with our first child thanks to them!

The physicians are experts in their field and the nursing staff is great. However, communication is minimal and there is very little individualized attention.

Tried IUI at clinic twice without success. Did home insemination and worked the first time! Feel like we wasted our money.

This is my 2nd pregnancy using shady grove fertility-Frederick office. Everyone from the office staff to the doctors were wonderful. They keep you well informed of every aspect of your journey. I was always able to get appointments when needed and wait times were never long-even on busy mondays! I've recommended them to everyone that I know is having a hard time conceiving. You won't make a bad choice if you choose them!

Decent Drs and nursing staff but I absolutely hate the wait. I think on average we waited for more than 30 minute per appointment and each cycle had tons of appointments! I have a job which I need to get back to. Instead of taking a few hours off I had to take like half day off. What really annoyed me was they wanted you to be there 15 minute in advance! If you want me to be there early then be on time yourself.

PROS: Clean, nice office. There are multiple locations for convenient scheduling. Good doctors. CONS: The clinic gets very busy so you have to stay on top of your treatment.

5 timed Intercourse cycles, 1 IVF cycle. My doctor, nurses, and monitoring team have been phenomenal! Dr Katz is great at explaining procedures and options, and he adjusts the treatment plan when necessary.
