Very friendly staff and were always willing to answer your questions! Was very sympathetic as well!
Amazing/ I felt like a person and not an experiment .
Nurses are great! They take the time to answer questions.
This was second time with fertility. The 1st time was ivf in Arkansas which ended in a miscarriage. I had my embryos transfered to the Jones Institute. They were always there for me whenever I called. They always answered my questions and generally cared about me. I love this clinic and their protocol for me worked. I had a frozen embryo tansfer(FET) on August 23rd. I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant.
I loved the doctors and staff at the Jones institute. I never felt like just a number there.. everyone made an effort to get to know you personally and were happy with you during the good times and so empathetic when times were tough. My husband and I had a very unique situation and everyone in the clinic was so incredibly flexible and accommodating to us. I always got test results the same day and if I called and left a message, it was always returned the same day. I even had personal cell phone numbers of the doctor, embryologist and some of the nurses and it never seemed like a bother if I called them after hours. I'll always be so greatful for our experience at this clinic.
The data shown in this section comes from both SART.org and the CDC. Together these organizations maintain the most up-to-date data on fertility clinic success rates in the US. Your physician should be able to help you interpret these reports. When you see a "?" in a chart, it simply indicates that a clinic has completed less than 20 cycles in that category and age range, which would make showing success rates misleading, according to the CDC
