    I love this office, everyone here is wonderful, encouraging and very supportive. Im so glad I found them. I highly recommend! Im still in trearment and feel like Im the safest hands.

    The nurses are very nice but sometimes I feel that they are too optimistic. Sometimes I need them to be more realistic when it comes to the outcome of treatments.

    I have been going to the stonybrook practice for almost 2 years now ( I took a few months off from trying to conceive two times ). The entire staff is wonderful from the front desk ladies to the doctors. I have seen Dr. Stelling, Dr. Halfen, Dr. Trivax , who just did my fresh IVF transfer yeaterday, Susan the N.P is wonderful as well as all of the nurses. They have never made me feel like a number or just a patient, they have been there with me every step of the way. I absolutely recommend to go to this practice if you are having trouble getting pregnant.

    I did a failed ivf cycle here a couple years ago. My Dr was Dr Saketos. She was nice and knowledge. Problem is you don't see the Dr much between your consult and the end. She did my egg retrieval but didn't do my transfer. Anytime I called with questions I spoke with different Drs. There were a few things that went overlooked and wasn't done right. I think because there's so many people who work there and so many patients. Almost like an ivf factory. Some of the nurses and staff were really great helpful and friendly. Some weren't. Overall I wouldn't say don't use them but you have to be on top of everything and ask lots of questions to make sure they're on top of things too.

    I always felt like the staff at the Brooklyn office of Long Island IVF was rooting for me. Our shared goal was getting me pregnant, and I truly feel like they did everything they could to accomplish this goal as quickly as possible without making me spend unnecessary money. (For example, we aborted several IUI cycles when they saw that the number and quality of my follicles was not good, which saved me a lot of money on donor sperm.) I was in and out of most appointments quickly and they had very flexible appointment times so I almost never had to miss work to be there. One of the highlights of their clinic is the woman who is in charge of billing. She is so wonderful she deserves to be recognized by name, and Grace made dealing with insurance and figuring out what made sense for us financially incredibly seamless.

    The hours are difficult with working; I wished they opened a little earlier and stayed open a little later. When they are open though, all the staff is amazing!

    Main office is in Mineola. The stony brook office is small and more personalized attention. Love all the nurses there.

    I went to the Stony Brook office. I loved them. Dr. James Stelling was my doctor, but I also saw Dr. Halfen and the nurse practitioner. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. From the nurses to the front desk staff to the sonogram technician everyone made you feel special and important. They have early morning hours which was really great for me because i didn't want to take time off of work. It can be a long process, but they make it easier and less stressful. Always there to answer any questions you have. I would definitely go back if necessary. I am now 6 months pregnant with twin boys and I owe my family to them.
