I didn't have a positive experience here. It was difficult to reach their staff and nearly impossible to get a phone call returned. Unfortunately, the nursing staff was not very helpful either and at times even rude. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

This was my second time going through WIH center for reproduction and infertility. The staff were wonderful as were all of the doctors. They were thorough, thoughtful and empathetic. I loved my experience and am happily expecting baby #2 after one round of IUI!

Mixed experience. This clinic was very successful at helping me conceive, which is probably the most important thing! My in-person interactions with nurses and doctors were positive, clear, and helpful. However, interactions with nurses and receptionists over the phone were confusing, frustrating, and patronizing. I did not feel respected or empowered with regard to my own body or choices, and had to be a very assertive self-advocate and to correct mistakes w/ respect to prescriptions and tests.

Apparently where I live isn't well known enough, I live in Alaska. So, the Women's health center here is great, don't know too much about the other place. I also didn't use IVF.

Dr Alvero was excellent. He explained everything to us. Being a same sex couple we were not treated any differently as we were when we went to Boston IVF. The staff is wonderful!!!!
