After a horrible experience with the Reproductive Medicine Group in Tampa. We met with Dr Chuong in Miami. Thinking we would probably not end up switching practices. We immediately felt comfortable with Dr Chuong and like she truly wanted us to have a family. Not like we were just any file in front of her as we felt with our previous practice. The entire staff at Miami IVF was so attentive and responsive with us. Being a four hour car ride away presented some challenges but they were always flexible and understanding with us and we were equally committed to making this a priority. Every step of the way I felt supported and encouraged.

As a young lesbian couple newly engaged, we’ve been talking about having a baby for about a year. We finally decided it was time and chose this location because we read a lot of good reviews. Straight off the bat they were super friendly and helpful, anytime I needed a question answered (and I had a million) I could simply email them or call them whenever and they always got back to me quickly and answer everything very kindly. They made sure to let me know everything I needed to know, what the steps were and how the procedures would be, they were not pushy with anything which I appreciated. My Doctor was Dr. Chuong and she was the best. Once the day came when they had to inseminate me, they were very reassuring and eased me through the process which was fairly fast! 2 weeks later I got a positive pregnancy result! On my very first try! We were so happy! I recommend Fertility & IVF Center of Miami greatly!

Love it! They open really early and the wait time is minimum, you can stop by before heading to work!

The doctor was very knowledgeable. In general, the nurses were kind and helpful. The wait time was about an hour depending on the day - sometimes more, sometimes less. The clinic was good about calling me back when I had questions and delivered my results in a decent amount of time.
