The staff is really amazing and very supportive throughout the process. As time goes on you almost feel like part of a family. You know how it takes a village to raise a baby. Well it takes a village to grow an embryo. I love my team and I am looking forward to the next 3 months left of my surrogate's pregnancy so that I can take my son to visit with the team.

Most staff is great. Sometimes communication regarding procedures prep wasn't given early enough. I received instructions right before the procedure which was bad timing. Payments were easy. Office is clean and nurturing. Wish they had restrooms in the clinic with shelving in the stalls. Dr. Rubal was great and uses all methods that could increase chances of pregnancy.
