I was actually treated at Billings OBGYN. My doctor Dr. Seroni was wonderful. Gave me his personal cell number and came in on a Saturday to do my IUI. The ladies at the front desk are not personable AT ALL. Called in to tell them my pregnancy test was positive and not even a congratulations. She scheduled me an appointment and didn't even tell what it's for. The ultrasound tech tells me EVERY time I go in that I have to pay for the ultrasound that day even tho they have a lady from billing go over that with you before you can even see a doctor. Love Dr. Seroni, hate the clinic.

We had a great team. They were welcoming and fun (which is very much needed!). Shomento is very knowledgeable. The rural communities of MT are lucky to have her as a resource. My only issue was when things didn’t workout I felt a little handed off without being given the chance to fully understand what our future options would be.

Hi. I just wanted to mention the Billings Clinic Infertility Clinic and Billings OBGYN and not the same place. I've had experience at Billings Clinic and would give the entire staff an A+. The nursing staff, Melanie Schmitz (PA), and Dr. Milroy are all extremely empathetic and inspiring. Just by interacting with the staff during my ultrasounds and procedures uplift me and give me hope! The cost of the procedures are even lower than the national average!

The doctors and nursing staff are competent and compassionate. They have an amazing success rate and walk you through the process every step of the way.

The doctors and nurses at billings clinic are amazing! Even tho my husband went through great lengths to become parents they made every step of it easy.

While living in Montana I saw Dr Shomento when she came to Missoula. She diagnosed my endometriosis and preformed surgery. I can finally feel confident that I'm moving in a positive direction after 5 years of infertility. I can't wait to see what my future holds after the treatments. I would highly recommend Billings Clinic! And HIGHLY Dr. Shomento!
