Good experience, grateful to Dr. Perloe and Dr. MK.
Busy office, so I guess that means it works.
Switching to another facility, the front desk is slow & insensitive. The financial person was difficult & I always felt rushed and another number. The nurses there were really nice thou.

Her nurse Kim is Awesome and she really return phone calls. She will get with the Dr if need to and contact you back through email or phone as promised.
Dr. M-K and her nurses were awesome. They found the issue with our infertility and fixed it immediately. I was pregnant within 6 months of starting there and 4 months after starting treatment. I am so thankful for her.
Clinic was always clean. Front desk staff was often slow. Lab nurses struggled with sticks.
The financial counselor is difficult.
Doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. The nurses are kind and caring and are there for you 24/7. Wait times aren't too long, even when the waiting room is crowded.
It was a wonderful experience
Dr. MK is amazing and so talented. The entire staff is excellent and they offer military discounts.
The data shown in this section comes from both SART.org and the CDC. Together these organizations maintain the most up-to-date data on fertility clinic success rates in the US. Your physician should be able to help you interpret these reports. When you see a "?" in a chart, it simply indicates that a clinic has completed less than 20 cycles in that category and age range, which would make showing success rates misleading, according to the CDC
