    Horrible people there and Dr. Lindsay Wells only wants to do IVF because that’s where she makes her money. As you sit out in the waiting room I could not believe the numerous patients that were refused by the Dr. because they owed money. I understand this is a business, but the level of insensitivity was outrageous. Two patients were actually turned away and told they had to pay 500.00 before they could even speak to Lindsay Wells. One woman owed a 1000.00 and had some questions and was told that unless you pay your bill the Dr. will not speak to you. I saw numerous patients who scrambled with 4 or 5 different credit cards to pay their bill. It was very sad. This was all done out in the open in the waiting room for all to see. I went into see the Dr. and I literally left in tears. No options the Dr. was pushing IVF which is 25,000 a pop. She did not want to talk about anything else. Then they tried to use the sales approach and actually had a financial advisor come in with paperwork and ready to run your credit for financing. Rush, rush no time to think you have no time. All of these life changing decisions now because it can all be finalized in 30 minutes. They prey on your emotions knowing how badly you want a child. Well not me, nope. I cried and walked right out the door and never looked back. I walked right out the door in front of the doctor and she could care less. No compassion it’s only about the money. Lindsay Wells you should be ASHAMED!!!

    I cannot even list the number of issues i experienced at this clinic. I finally went to another clinic and the difference is night and day in the quality of care and level of sophistication. If you go to Audubon, please consider getting a second opinion before doing IVF. The next clinic I went to after Audubon found numerous underlying issues that required treatment prior to IVF. Whereas Audubon fertility ignored my unique situation- IVF was their only solution.

    Very aesthetic and relaxing office environment, great respect and empathy from all staff for patient privacy and even the emotional upheavals of this patient experience.

    The staff is so compassionate and understanding, and we felt completely at ease from our very first appointment to our last. We were able to get pregnant on the first full treatment cycle because of all the testing they did prior to treatment. We found the root of my infertility and had a game plan.
