Everyone there truly cares about you and your experience. The doctors and nurses are supportive, gentle, kind, and genuinely invested in your journey. I've never had doctors before that have cared so much!

I called my clinic because I already had frozen embryos from a previous cycle at a different clinic, and they were able to fit me in for a frozen cycle sooner than I thought!

The clinic was clean and it was very easy to make appointments. They were unable to process the sperm, so I had to take it to a different (civilian) clinic and pay out of pocket. Otherwise, everything else was covered by insurance and required no copay. Dr. Redding thoroughly answered my questions about the labs I needed to test for cause of infertility and my requirement to take Synthroid. Our interactions were positive and informative. The only downside was he was on vacation when I started my first and only IUI and I had to meet a new doctor to perform the IUI at my mid-cycle scan. This is typical and military clinics. When I went in for the pregnancy confirmation scan, I had to see yet another new doctor because Dr. Redding was teaching interns. PNMC is one of the Navy's teaching hospitals.
