    I have had my surgery and tests done with Dr. Goldberg he is wonderful! Dr. Austin is my fertility specialist and she is absolutely amazing. any time I email her I always get a fast response!

    Have gone through a lot with this clinic... multiple surgeries, miscarriages, IUI’s, IVF... and have overall been very happy. Over time they have become much busier, which is sometimes difficult, and I still can’t complain. They succeeded in getting me pregnant. Hoping it stays that way!

    The nurses are much more to the point and demanding if information while charting and information given to the doctor. I practically had no waiting and as soon as I was bought to the examination room the questions began. It was a very smooth process.

    What I liked: Very professional staff and good facilities. I was never worried they would mix up a sample or something. What I didnt like: Over the course of 3 IUIs, I talked to my doctor maybe twice. It was very clear that a mix of several doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses (whoever was on call on that given day) who didn’t even know me reviewed my charts and just followed some protocol. It was clear that no one person was actually looking at my results and adjusting my plan. I felt very alone and on my own. I must have called them a dozen times with follow up questions, just to get another nurse on call who had no clue about my background, so I would have to re-explain my whole story and concerns. Then she would go talk to some nurse practitioner or some other doctor I never heard of, and get the ok to adjust my plan. Everyone was as nice as they could be, but I just feel like I was bounced around so much, how could I possibly have gotten a good outcome with 12 people looking at my charts at random times? I would not recommend going here. Only as a last resort. Dr Tan was my doctor, but like I said I think she wasn’t even really my doctor since I talked to her once..

    All the Drs and staff were great! Dr.Flyckt was my main dr but I saw dr Goldberg the most and another dr.Falcone did my egg retrieval he was very kind. Will be using them again when we are ready for baby #2.

    There is a nurse at Beachwood named Sally who was incredibly helpful. We spoke on the phone for numerous phone calls and she was always so helpful and caring.

    I had a very pleasant experience with Cleveland clinic fertility center. I've been to 3 other doctors before going to Cleveland and this clinic is hands down, the best!

    We had a pretty great experience with the Cleveland Clinic Fertility Center. All of the nurses are very helpful and reception seems caring, too. My husband and I went through years of trying to conceive, and we went to multiple doctors. This clinic was, by far, the best. We ended up conceiving and I gave birth to our daughter last May. I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with fertility. They make you feel like you're not alone and help make things that seem impossible happen.

    The clinic is a great hospital. Had some issues with scheduling/billing but it was eventually worked out.

    Wonderful! The fertility specialist and nurses were all very supportive and kind. This is my second time at this fertility clinic and I'm still impressed with the service that I received. I would definitely recommend this center to my friends and family. Not one complaint.

    They are very comprehensive and thorough! They hold 7-8am every morning open for Ultrasound appointments, and for initial consults, they have evening hours, which is nice! Dr Tan is very sweet and makes this process less intimidating. All the docs and nurses work as a team.
