I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Dr Wilcox and his for his amazing team. After failing in other clinics, we got pregnant at HRC on our first try! Dr Wilcox *knows* what he is doing! He's also SUPER caring!! Succes after a long 4 years is a dream come true! Thanks again HRC! :)

I liked this clinic a lot. It was busy at times but most of the time the wait was not bad. I enjoyed the doctor's bedside manner but I didn't love my nurse coordinator. She was nice but too busy. I could have asked for another but I chose not to.

I see that many others saw Dr Wilcox, but we had Dr Nelson instead. Our experience with Dr Nelson was just as wonderful. The whole entire team at HRC is professional and caring, which is so critical during such difficult time in your life.

For the most part I had a good experience. The doctor and nurse were knowledgeable and patient. They do seem overwhelmed by the amount of patients they have under each team. Therefore sometimes I felt like they did not know me personally and what my needs are. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure I was following the right steps and procedure. Dr Kolb had great bed side manners and really seemed to care. Spent the time to understand you as a patient and care for your treatment. Took the time to make sure you felt good about the procedure and next steps.
