Literally obsessed with the entire staff! Dr. Kallen is an extremely talented Doctor who has one goal, get you pregnant quickly and safely. And all of the doctors there are amazing!!! Dr. Sasson who isn’t my primary but I see often is possibly the kindest man in the universe.. and all of the nurses are great. But my nurse Chrissy is possibly the best ever. I will miss them all dearly when I leave ❤️

I had previously gone to a different office in the area and had a very horrible experience. After that I can honestly say that I would recommend anyone with fertility issues to go to Shady Grove. I have my own nurse who calls me and emails often. The doctor himself has called me to check in. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility.

I love the staff and our doctor is amazing!!! We tried a different fertility clinic first and that doctor was not proactive and seemed indifferent to whether or not we conceived. He was ready to have us move onto IVF when we decided to try SGF. Our initial consultation, the doctor reviewed the IVF process but said she’d like us to do karyotype testing just to confirm a chromosomal issue wasn’t to blame for my husband’s low sperm count and morphology. The testing came back confirming he indeed had a Robertsonian Translocation 13; 14. We then knew to do PGD testing on our embryos and 1 of the 2 tested normal while the other was missing chromosome 13 and wouldn’t have been compatible with life. That “normal” frozen embryo was transferred and I’m 7 weeks 1 day today! The staff at SGF are so kind and professional and we feel very blessed to have sought a second opinion and to have ended up as patients of the best clinic in the state!

Shady grove has given me and my wife the ability to see an actual future with our family. The staff has been nothing but 110 percent accomodating and nurturing. Meeting with Dr. Sasson he instilled the confidence that I would have a family. My nurse Nikki Yeager has been over the moon, I couldn't have asked for a better support team to help me feel sage through out this journey. We are so glad we came to Shady grove.

The staff is fabulous, and friendly. They are available to answer any questions. I did the guaranteed program, and so far so good. Hopefully this is our sticky bean, after 4 years. The cost is well worth it to eliminated the stress of how much each cycle will cost.

The nurses and staff there are very nice and helpful. Something told me to give this place a try. I was at another place called main line fertility, and doctor didnt seem to care for my needs but things were diff at shady grove fertility. I recommend going there.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Sasson and his team at Shady Grove in Chesterbrook! They offer fantastic personalized care including an assigned nurse and financial counselor that is with you through every step of the process. Everyone from Dr Sasson to the nurses, receptionists, lab techs, and embryologists are amazing and ALWAYS available!

My experience has been positive. The clinic staff was very helpful and communicative during the initial consultation and stimulation process, but I wished they had been more communicative after the negative pregnancy test in the first embryo transfer. Dr. K has been warm and friendly. Due to a family emergency she was not at my ultrasounds during stims and was unable to perform my egg retrieval or transfer, but she did check in on the phone.
