I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed. First off, getting an appointment takes forever! The waitlist is at least 2 months long. Then no one ever called to give me the results of my monitoring so I had to call them myself daily. It was also frustrating because I'd basically have to explain my situation each time since it was always a different nurse with no knowledge of my case. Overall, I just didn't feel like the clinic cared about getting to know me, which is an important to me when going through treatment.

You are just a number, and they seem to only care about the most invasive/expensive treatments. They do not seem to care about finding the root of the problem and treating that. You're almost ridiculed if you choose to try the most natural treatments first.

We had a wonderful experience here and even though it didn’t work, we became pregnant naturally the very next month.

They are really great. I've been a patient for almost 4 years now and although I still do not have a child I believe they are trying the hardest. All the nursing staff know my husband and I by name. I rarely see my actual doctor but that is quite common for fertility clinics.

My doctor, Dr Petrozza, was great! He was really kind and always listened to my concerns. I had some miscommunication at my egg transfer but it was quickly resolved. I think my experience was so positive since I conceived my child after my first IVF cycle (after multiple failed IUI cycles).

Amazing staff- every single person. Dr. Sabatini made me so comfortable, she was extremely easy to talk to, and her nurses are great about answering any questions.
