The place is very nice looking and very modern, but the wait times are attrocious. And honestly, felt like everyone could have been a bit nicer and it woudl not have killed them. The good thing about Dr. Zhang is that he takes the hardest cases, like me. The bad thing is that he has no patience for anything other than his recommendation. You gotta do it his way or the highway.

They are not going to hold your hand but he is really good at what he does. The nursing staff could do a better job at laying it all the steps in the process and preparing their patients but again they get the job done. They will try whatever makes you comfortable and to get you pregnant.

The experience was not what I expected - very little attention from the doctors and sometimes very late responses to time-sensitive calls or emails. In the end, we got pregnant with a healthy baby (so far), so we are happy and grateful but the process was more stressful than I could have imagined and I was not treated with very much warmth during an incredibly intense/emotional period of my life.

I liked the atmosphere (calming, zen-like), extended hours (monitoring began as early as 7am, and they were open Saturdays and Sundays), and mostly, results - I got pregnant on my first natural IUI.

It is not unlike other clinics in that it is very factory-like. The quality of nurses vary. Some nurses are better communicator than others and more knowledgeable. I had a nurse who gave me a totally differ answer to my question from other nurses - e.g. Whether I can take both valium and Vicodin in small doses for egg retrieval. It is busy practice but I wish it wasn't so hard to get hold of nurse or doctor when I have questions. Billing dept needs to improve as well.
