Pros: Nice, clean, well-organized, easy to schedule appts, flexible with payment plans. Cons: This clinic is huge though so expect to be treated like another number. The nursing staff varies, some nicer than others. Dr. Casey listens to you but is definitely to the point. It was hard not to feel a litle rushed at times. She seemed a little more hands-off in terms of making treatment plans. For example, asking me what I wanted to do instead of making any recommendations. Wish she was a little more proactive.

I was treated in the garden city and the Manhattan offices. The wait time isn’t bad, everything is fairly quick despite how crowded it can get on weekends. The only thing I wish was different was that Garden City had monitoring hours on the weekends and we all didn’t have to go to Manhattan as traffic and parking isn’t the greatest. But if your partner waits in the car it helps!

Aside from the fact that we only ever saw the Dr once, overall I had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable , and in my short 2 cycle experience there, they remembered my name. Dr Colleen Casey was kind, thorough, and and developed a great plan! She was quick on her feet to make changes mid cycle of our second round, which ultimately resulted in a successful pregnancy. Will return for baby number two! Only negative I experienced was the phlebotomy staff—not super friendly and I was covered in bruises. But not negative enough to deter me from returning.

I do not recommend this clinic. If you go here, buy the package deal. I have the most easy fertility case we just have a small male infertility. They could not get me pregnant but they had no problem nickle and dimming on every little Thing. I have tried 3 cycles over there. Find another clinic.

Dr. Casey provided an excellent plan of care. We initiated all testing and treatment immediately. The clinic had excellent hours and availability. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Overall we've had a pretty good experience. you will definitely need to be more proactive on your own though. The nurse line is an excellent resource for questions you forgot to ask during your appointment. Office has been more streamlined since moving to a new electronic record system.

I had a good experience at the clinic, but was most disappointed by the wait. We waited 4 months to get an initial appointment with a doctor and then several months after that to start the IVF. Dr. Casey was excellent - she was thorough and kind. Excellent experience.

The doctors and nurses on staff are VERY knowledgeable and provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on what care is best for you. Once the process started, you often feel a little neglected. Sometimes I wished that I could have had more regular and frequent communication with my doctor during the process.

Had 2 IVF fresh cycles with transfers and one frozen transfer. Pregnant on FET. Dr. Casey always remained positive and was always the one to call with significant results.

Very supportive and welcoming for LGBTQ families. Patient. Walked us through everything. Felt adequately prepared. I found out after that they have samples of many of the meds if you ask. I didn't ask until the end and it saved me 200$ I wonder what I could have saved had I asked sooner. Erickson was wonderful... sad to see her retire. Casey was very kind and supportive in the transferring to a new doctor and helpful in the process.
