We have been trying for over a year and started to get worried. The part that worried us the most is how are we going to pay for IVF, if we decided to get IVF. Utah Fertility actually has a lot of options to choose from so we ended up financing it through landing club. After we were able to settle the money side of things, it was off to the races. The overall experience was great but was physically and mentally exhausting. But I think there is no way around that given there are just so much meds/shots I had to take and many appointments to the clinc. But we got pregant and that's all that matters!

The whole experience has felt rushed and impersonal, communication could be better with numerous things I’ve dealt with. I really have just felt like a task and not really a person. It makes this experience stressful and depressing.

Their care and concern for my needs were so genuine. They worked so patiently with me get the outcome that my husband and I wanted. A baby. They asked how I was doing through the process and talked to me if I was frustrated or feeling hopeless. I love these doctors and their staff.

This clinic is a great clinic with great success rates but it is not very personable. You rarely see your doctor and it's extremely hard to get in contact with a nurse if any issues or concerns come up. I have had a successful ivf treatment though so I would definitely go back.

We had tried two failed IVF cycles at a different clinic. One cycle with Dr. Conway and I'm pregnant! Dr. Conway was so much more positive and supportive. I will be forever grateful for her!

Nurse in St George is flaky. She is late to appointments while I'm left waiting outside by 30 minutes. She says she will do things and never does them. She just over compensates/promises and under delivers. She is only suppose to do ultrasounds now for monitoring and the pleasant grove manages your calendar etc. it got confusing especially when pleasant grove clinic and st George office don't communicate. I was al last late to start an FET cycle because of their lack of communication between each other. I felt very frustrated all the time.

The waiting time was great, and overall there was decent individual care. However, I wish there would have been more explanation about the procedures and what was going to happen to me.

We have been impressed with the way they operate and really liked our experience with UFC. Wait times weren't so bad and they make sure your comfortable while waiting. We liked all the nurses and our doctor. Their phlebotomist dept. could Use some work as I got my blood drawn several times and each time she took 3 tries to draw my blood.

Overall all of the staff is very caring and they love their patients. Wait times can be long especially for appointments with individuals other than nursing staff. Nursing staff handles most everything and you dont hear from the doctor often.

Maybe there're too many people trying to get appointments, I'm having a very hard time to book an appointment from this clinic. Every single call I made ended up in their voice message system and they never call back.

We tried UFC first and just found it to be super unorganized. I have no idea who runs their IT department but everytime we tried to schedule an appointment or pull up some information there always seemed to have some kind of system glitch. After a few tries, we decided to go else where.

I loved everything about the office we were at. I wish we had gone there sooner. I only saw the doctor a few times but she was very kind and informative. She seemed to try and personalize our time together and made sure we knew what was going on with our plan.

I feel like they are very knowledgeable, helpful and care about their patients. He is incredible. I feel like he loves his job, is very up to date on all his knowledge and wants to do everything he can to find out how you can start or grow your family.

So far its been a good experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable. It is hard to get appointments and they cancel with little notice sometimes. The dr is very informative and very supportive.
