I could have asked for a better experience at MFC. Everyone was super professional and took great care in helping me bring my wish of being a mother to light.

Dr was ok. Rarely ever saw him. Nurses in Valpo were nice but the IVF coordinator Justina was miserable! I personally felt as if they did not care about me because I am not only using insurance but I am young. It was like pulling teeth getting any information from them. We never got a day 3 update on our embryos, never once got grades or even an update about our frozen embryos without calling. Had my beta today and I literally sat by my phone all day and had to call them to even find out the results. If you can choose another clinic, I would. Currently looking into transferring my embryos to another clinic.

They are down to earth people. I went to the downers grove for an HSG last week. They made me feel relaxed and not stressed. I was in pain from it (hsg) and the one lady kept rubbing my shoulder to keep my attention away from the pain. I'm not doing the IUI or IVF since insurance wont cover.

Nurses and dr. Madanes were Professional and friendly. I got pregnant after 2 tries of insemenation without drugs!
