For the most part we really like this facility. However, if you would have asked me a few months ago, I would have had a very different response. Or first experience with this facility left us pregnant after our second IUI. The pregnancy ended in a MMC; but that’s not the reason for our “bad” experience. Very early in that pregnancy (2 weeks missed period) Dr B. said there was “no possible way” we were pregnant. Well we were and it was all handed very poorly. Second go around, we became pregnant with twins after three rounds of IUI. Yay!!! This time we relied heavily on a couple of nurses and a dr that wasn’t my actual dr. Dr Cooney and Leah are both amazing providers. If you’re looking for someone to trust with your fertility journey, talk to these ladies!!! Dr Broadwell is very nice and likable but seems very distracted and overworked. She never connected with us and was rushed and uninformed during our few interactions.

The staff, nurses, and doctors were all so welcoming and caring. We had gone to another clinic in the DC area and they were very cold and transnational. Generations felt more like a place of care, rather than a place of profit--which is something for fertility clinics.

They were awesome to work with--the nurses were the best and always supportive and upbeat. The doctors and nurses fully explain everything to you and make sure you understand it before starting any treatments. The whole experience was awesome considering the stressful circumstances that bring you to the clinic to start with. My doctor was great in that he explained every step of the process for fertility treatments at the clinic, the approximate cost and outcomes for each and how many times you could expect to try each step before moving on to the next one. He then would ask us to tell him the process as he just explained it in order to make sure we fully understood everything (and would correct anything that was understood correctly). Through that I was able to feel more in control over what was happening since I knew what to expect from the very beginning.
