I have never experienced such exceptional medical care . Dr M and his staff were so compassionate and helpful during one of the most difficult times in my life . I would highly recommend this practice to anyone having difficulties trying to get pregnant .

The doctor and staff are all amazing, caring, kind people who repeatedly go the extra mile to make sure you're getting what you need. They remember me and make everything so much easier to handle. Wait times can be ridiculously long at times but it's truly with the wait for the one on one time you get with Dr Moghadam at nearly every visit. The nurses do their best to keep everyone moving through as efficiently as possible while still giving great individualized care.

The staff was very kind and always available for questions. They were professional and knowledgeable. The clinic was clean and well kept. I was previously a patient at the largest clinic in town Amani felt like a number. At AFI, I was always greates by name and treated like a friend.

Unfortunately, the clinic was terribly understaffed. Phone calls were not returned promptly, and wait times were horrible. At one point, Dr. Moghadam was doing an ultrasound, and he was entering my information in another patient's chart. He freaked out on the nurse who had set up the ultrasound, said it was a major HIPAA violation, and generally made the situation very uncomfortable. We were also told that a biopsy of our embryo had been sent off for testing multiple times, then found out weeks later that the embryologist had unilaterally decided it could be stored in Austin temporarily. Wait times were horrible. One day we waited about two hours for an ultrasound. It was a Saturday, and we had a few follow-up questions about our first round of IVF. Dr. Moghadam started to insist that we needed to set up a separate consult to get our questions answered. When we pressed, he said he would answer our questions, but that we were "cutting into his family time." He later apologized. See above. Communication was terrible.

Everyone is so caring and they are truly there for you. Dr. Moghadam is one of a kind and always has your best interest at heart.
