I just had a consultation with the doctor and he said I probably wasn't ovulating regularly. So he prescribed femara for 5 days to help me ovulaye. The first month worked. Our next step would have been iui.

Dr. Cooper has removed my initial worries and given me hope. The way he described issues is very understandable. Definitely recommend him thus far. Doing my first cycle of Femara now. Hoping to have this be the road to pregnancy and baby!

Nurses do ALL the work! They are pretty good, but you have to dig for information and be a little knowledgeable yourself, not much explanation or patient education.

Super friendly and helpful doctors and staff.
Dr. Young was absolutely amazing. Consultation was quick but informative. Got me and my husband started on my next cycle.... 4 months later I'm pregnant!

They work with you on getting you into the clinic. The staff is warming and nice.

Dr. Cooper's staff is very prompt and courteous. If a nurse can't answer your question by phone right away, they get back to you in as quick of time as possible. The only draw backs have been cost, but even that seems on par with some of the other clinics.

All staff were nice but they made mistake after mistake. Billing was a nightmare too.
The office staff knew me by name.
I had an awesome overall experience and now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to them. However, when I was having unusual symptoms last year after starting an extra hormone pill they kept telling me it would get better. It did not. I under up in the hospital for a week because I was in DKA (Diabetic ketoacidosis). I was not a diabetic prior to this.
Nurses were great- very sympathetic and held your hand throughout the whole process- on call at any time to answer questions. Billing was difficult.
