My overall experience was amazing. Everyone there is so nice. I never waited longer than a few minutes for any appointment even when I was early. We got pregnant on our first ivf with odds stacked against us.

Wait times were sometimes long. This is a very busy clinic. The doctors are nice and the people that draw your blood are too. Some of the receptionists and ultrasound techs weren't as friendly.

Excellent. The people were very empathetic but great medical expertise and knowledge. I felt I was in great hands. Dr Jungheim gave us a lot of personal face-to-face time both at the initial consultation and when we found out I was pregnant. I got pregnant after the first IUI, so we did not have much of a chance to interact during my treatment.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Odem is straight forward and honest but also compassionate. He is very intelligent. Dr. Randell Odem is helpful but doesn't beat around the bush.
