They are really busy and I only saw my actual doctor like once after the initial consult on several months of care. But nurses and staff were great and the one time I insisted on time with my doctor he made himself available.

I love the staff on the medical side. The only issue I had was communication between the finance department and the medical department. Just make sure you have all of the money you need for all services before you begin!

Saw the doctor once. She barely explain the plan of treatment. Nurses were combative on the phone. When I asked to many questions they released me from the practice and would not allow me to be treated by any of the doctors. Even though I only had one consultation and was released from the practice a week later they submitted blood work and tests to an out of network lab and expected me to pay for it. At the time they drew the blood they did not explain what they were doing with it and how much it would cost. Plus I was given no results from it. Absolutely Horrible Experience!!!!

Experienced and Specialized Doctors and nurses with a very helpful and understanding approach . I loved everything about REACH except for the wait time, but it's worth waiting in the end when your dream of having a family comes true
