Very professional center. Dr. Balthazar was amazing and explained everything during our whole fertility journey. She was so patient and caring, I can't thank her enough for everything that she did for me. Now I have my beautiful son who was born 4/3/2017. We went through IVF with PGS. It was well worth it after several miscarriages and unexplained infertility. Our dreams came true and our rainbow baby is here! We will be going back next year again for another cycle.

i usually see Dr Balthazar but have seen some of the others they are so hands on and caring its like they are going through each moment the up and downs everything with you!

The staff is very friendly, warm, and interactive. However the billing and general customer service on the back end could use a lot of improvement.

My experience here has been great overall. My only complaints would be the lack of communication between those handling billing and payments and inconsistent communication from IVF nurse. Otherwise the doctor and staff are phenomenal and I am very happy with my care here.

Our doctor and nurse were both brilliant at their jobs, and we wrere so sensitively cared for every step of the way. Dr Arredondo brought ease and rationale to a would-be overwhelming situation. We are so thankful for him!
