The nursing and lab staff are wonderful and very responsive. The surgical center is organized, nice, and always ran on time. While our treatment was successful at IVF1 after years of treatment at other clinics and we will return to this office in hopes of conceiving our second child my husband and I do not care for Dr. Morris.

Overall, this is an excellent facility. A few on staff have pretty bad people skills. One or two less than par staff members need lessons in working with people.

The staff at IVF1 are very knowledgeable and hands on. Response time is usually same day, within a couple of hours. I like that the staff all know my name and history without needing to refer to my chart (although they always do to make sure they have the most up to date information). I feel like a real person there - not a number- and the staff and nurses seem to be personally invested in our success.

I felt that I was always kept up to date on our progress. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional and made me feel welcome at each appointment. The wait times were short and most appointments ran on time.
