It's a smaller more intimate location. Everyone there is familiar with your case & able to answer questions. My main nurse Lizzy was awesome getting me through this process she was patient, very knowledgeable, and always willing to provide as much information we needed so that we understood exactly where we were & what we were doing next & where we were at currently. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & I feel that they were all competent.

The staff is alway there to help and guide you. All of my procedures were at the main office but the majority of my doctor's appointment and ultrasound where at the Lawrenceville office. There for my nurses are from the Lawrenceville office. Everyone in that office it's so knowledgeable and helpful. It's amazing how much information I can just get from the ultrasound specialist. Because all of the doctors work together depending on who's on call what determine who does your particular procedure that you're set up for but I did notice that all of the doctors were competent which is very important to me.

Every single staff member at Dr. Straub's office in Cumming is wonderful. They get to know you on a personal level. There is zero wait time. They call me back almost as soon as I arrive for my appointment. They take the time to answer any question I have or just listen when I'm having a tough time in the cycle. Love this office!!!

We had the WORST experience with them. They nickel and dime everything. They are not flexible at all. In fact they didn't even take action after my IUI failed. I had to get them to pull all my tests together so we can get ready for my next IUI. They were missing one report. Instead of calling they emailed me. By the time I got out of work, they were closed. I found out from the pharmacy that they cancelled my Femara and progesterone pills, hence canceling my IUI! That's a month of my life with no attempt. Called ACRM and they got me scheduled Monday morning by taking my call after hours. We are with ACRM and don't plan to go anywhere. Had 2 IUI with them. Losses at 6 weeks and 20 weeks. They were more supportive than my ObGyn (fired them). I know we are going to have a baby and ACRM is going to get us there along with God's grace 🙏 This is a tough journey. Pls don't let incompetent providers make it even worse. Go to ACRM!

The experience at RBA was amazing. Very caring and compassionate staff. I never felt out of place or just like a number. Spent 3 years being treated at RBA and while I'm happy to have graduated to my regular obgyn, I will miss the doctors, nurses and staff members at RBA.

Going to a fertility specialist for me was a difficult decision to make. Do my husband and really need help to get pregnant? Why can't we do this on our own? All of the staff at RBA were so kind and helpful at all of our visits. From day one I felt less sad and more hopeful and ready for this baby to become a reality!

The clinic is always very welcoming when you arrive. You are taken back quickly and the doctors spend as much time as you need to discuss treatment and concerns. They have an on site surgery center for any surgical needs in your treatment.

Excellent customer service, very professional from the front desk staff to the billing staff to the nursing staff, amazing embryo donor program, 5 star experience, extremely satisfied! My spouse and I are a queer couple and we were consistently treated with total acceptance, respect, and professionalism by everyone on staff there. Our identity was a non-issue and the focus was always on helping us conceive.

RBA is a big clinic but it actually doesn't feel that way. It felt personal and I actually got to see my doctor after each appointment, which is not very common for clinics of this size. Our experience was great overall. The only downside is that parking isn't free. Dr. Shapiro is very knowledgeable and experienced. He's also a great communicator and just a nice person in general. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. It was just wonderful and refreshing to have such an amazing doctor. He really made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.
