Dr. Mak was kind and compassionate. My husband and I had changed from another physician in the clinic b/c we felt the previous physician was not really listening to us or taking into account our feelings. We immediately liked Dr. Mak and felt she understood. She also recommended a wonderful acupuncturist to me (if I was interested she did not push the idea on me). We are very pleased with Dr. Mak.

At first she seemed a little stand-off-ish and I didn't really feel a connection towards her but as I got more into the process her demeanor changed and I have grown quite fond of her.

Dr. Mak is very responsive to emails and is always willing to answer all of my questions.
