Does not seem to practice data-driven decision making. Did not check my hormones despite a low result on my semen analysis. Did not want to recheck my hormones until 3 months after being on the meds, rather than much earlier as other clinics do. I had to request this directly, turned out I do have low testosterone. Then she wrongly prescribed me medication to treat that condition. The medicine is a tricyclic antidepressant that caused me to have visual side effects, no libido, great difficulty ejaculating, and extreme fatigue.

Wonderful Dr, so sweet and caring. She’s really calming and positive and knows what she’s doing. Absolutely refuse to leave Dr Cook even though we now live 800 miles away. We will always go back to her for any further fertility needs.
