She's wonderful. Very calm and she takes the time to make sure you understand all the steps involved with fertility testing. She leaves the decisions up to you when it comes to how far you wanna go into it. I got preliminary blood tests, an ultrasound and an HSG. She recommended IUI but all my tests came back fine so I didn't think that was necessary. Hubby didn't get tested cuz he has two kids from a previous relationship. I am down to one tube after ectopic in 2015 but Dr. Goldman said there was no reason why pregnancy couldn't still happen for me. So we're still trying. I encourage all women who feel as though they need answers about their own body to contact Dr. Gosman. She is awesome.

She is by far the best doctor I’ve been to. She is very calm and patient. She always encourages you to ask questions no matter how silly they may be, as well as take the time to make sure you understand the process. She is very hands on and her staff is amazing as well! Overall best fertility specialist to seek in the Pittsburgh area.

I have seen hundreds of doctors to take care of all of my hormonal disorders and she is BY FAR the most compassionate, dedicated, easy to talk to, understanding, patient, encourages questions and sweet RE I have EVER seen. Truly blessed to have her in my life.
