Dr Hayslip and his nurse, Kay, individualized my care to my specific fertility needs. Communication with both was very clear. He helped us conceive our beautiful daughter! I am so thankful for everything they did!

He was a great doctor. Seemed very educated in his particular field of work. Very very nice bedside manner and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a baby.
