I can barely call Dr. Guarnaccia my doctor. My original doctor left the practice and I picked Dr. G as my primary doctor after that but I believe I only ever had one meeting with him and that was it. Everything else was done by the other doctors (he certainly wouldn't remember me if he saw me). I did appreciate the way that he explained things, although he had an extremely strict tardiness policy and when my husband was late to our appointment because of a delayed train, we were made to feel very badly about it (after I had been made to wait countless and countless hours in their offices over the months!) He was very reasonable in his medical judgements though and I'm sure his decisions had a big part in our son's conception.
