Dr. Kalra was very kind and sensitive to my condition. She took time to present my options clearly and address my concerns. Most importantly she was comforting when the outcome of an IVF transfer cycle wasn't positive. She showed sympathy and guided our conversation to give me an optimistic yet realistic outlook.
