She was very personable in many ways. She'd hug me and didn't talk down to me. Yet there were other times when I'd get devastating news and she'd never call to speak to me about it. It'd just be a nurse. I also wonder if our meds shouldn't have been changed more during the second round.

We were able to meet directly with the doctor anytime we had questions and she was great about explaining things in a way we could understand them
