Doctor Thompson often forgot who I was and after having a miscarriage after 2nd Ivf treatment, she tried to charge $100 just to speak with her over the phone. She is nice but you can tell it's like factory work to her. I've had 3 cycles at there office and have only seen her 3 times(the day of transfer). All communication comes from staff. The staff was unorganized which cost me a lot of money because I live out of the country and had to change flights many times at the last minute. I can go on and on, but the main thing that disappointed me was that Dr.Thompson seemed so optimistic during my first transfer only to slip up during my third transfer and say she didn't think the first one would work because I was stimmed up!! Total bummer because had she said that, I could've skipped the fresh cycle and waited a month to do the fet. I couldn't believe she said that!!!! Not to mention they didn't give me the option of doing that when they should've. Overall I think the doctors know what they're doing but they are soooo money hungry!! They try to get you coming and going:/

Love my doctor. Her nurse Sasha is awesome. Sometimes it can be hard to reach them but they eventually do respond.
