We only saw the doctor once, the nurses wold discuss our questions or special circumstances with her and call us back. So it was not exactly a hands on experience, however I knew she was involved and looking at our case when needed which made me comfortable with the situation.

Dr Kondapalli was warm on our first meeting, answered questions in no rush, and called to congratulate me/go over numbers after my pregnancy was confirmed (the dr I had in my first pregnancy didn't make a call so that was a nice touch).
