This was added for my 3rd round of IVF and is used sometimes for slow responders, which I am. I didn't notice any negative effects. In the end I got pregnant, so I guess it worked!

This stuff is great! I take oral estradiol, 4 mg and it works like magic. Highly recommended.

ESTRADIOL is inserted vaginally after an ovulation trigger shot. It is not a "fertility" drug according to the FDA, but what do they know about it? After two failed cycles of artificial insemination Dr. Peterson tried estradiol and we were successful at attempt number three.

It handled my problem but there were a lot unpleasant side effects. Idk, might just be me.

Upset stomach, bloating, constipation;
Acne or skin color changes, increased facial hair, thinning scalp hair;
Mild headache, back pain, joint pain;
Cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sinus pain, sore throat;
Breast swelling and tenderness, nipple discharge; or
changes in your menstrual periods, break-through bleeding.
