We’re looking for a Sr Product Manager to lead Glow's Enterprise product suite. Glow provides the leading consumer fertility treatment offering in the US. By taking a patient-first approach and by recognizing that most people do not have the benefit of fertility treatment coverage, Glow is providing the better, more affordable fertility treatment experience that everyone deserves.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales and market share goals for Glow's Enterprise product suite
• Set overall product strategy and define detail product specs for all product releases
• Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
• Ownership and responsibility of assigned products through the entire product lifecycle
• Serve as a customer advocate for internal product development teams

Requirements

• Must have proven 3+ years of experience in working with remote world-class R&D team
• Ultra passionate about startups. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven product management experience, ideally with enterprise or healthcare products
• Love and passionate about working with a remote development and design team
• Self-motivated, excited to lead projects -- a go-getter
• Proven ability and experience in making data-driven product decisions

Bonus

• BA/BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent
