stupid question but serious

So it has nothing to do with ttc or pregnancy. BUT I need help,

I want to get a necklace made (kind of like those birthstrone/couple rings and necklace)

my DH has a daughter from a previous relationship. She's been my Step daughter for almost 4 years, were attached to the hip.. We have a daughter together and I want to know is it wrong if I get all their names or birth stones done? or is it wrong if I JUST get DH and LO name done?
