dog problems

So what should we do with our dogs? We leave them in the house because they do just fine. And they get along so good. A handful of times in two years they have got into it, a few we had to break up but they were fine after. Besides that they're great together. But today they must of got into it really bad when we were at work because my dog had a hole in her neck that kept bleeding so I took her to the vet and she had a puncture wound. She's going to be just fine. But now I don't know what to do with them. I'm so shocked it happened this bad because they're not like this to each other besides those few times. We've tried separating them before at work and the one that got hurt she has separation anxitey really bad so she'll tear stuff up really bad. But being with the other dog she's perfect. And I think they would be okay together but I'm pretty nervous now since I didn't know This would ever happen. And the other one that did it if she's locked up somewhere she cries and cries and won't shut the hell up. I'm just not sure what a good solution is for this. I haven't talked to my SO about it yet because he's still at work, but he'll probably say "oh their just fine." Such again I think they will be but I'm nervous and because I don't want something to happen again while she has stiches. Any suggestions?
