Trying to get some junk in the trunk for my Wedding
Currently I'm 5'9 weighing 112lbs and I'm trying to gain weight for my wedding in 4 months. I just got a personal trainer so I'm definitely hitting the gym but all the extra food I'm eating seems to be going all to my belly (at least that's what it feels like)
Any advice on how or what to eat to gain weight, but in the right places (aka the booty) and not all in my gut. Help!
