Side effects of Mirena
Okay, I got my Mirena put in late September, so I am roughly on month 3. I just just got off my period, about a week ago, and I am starting to notice some weird side effects, and I'm just wondering if anyone else with Mirena has noticed these, and if so what you did.
My boobs start to get super sore about a week or two before my period (which is longer than normal), but just after my period started, they got better for a while, and are now super sore again, they feel like the are bruised or something. It feels very different than PMS pains.
I have also been getting really bad migraine like headaches for about 2-3 weeks now (maybe longer), and I know for some people that is a side effect of the Mirena.
The third and final side effect is a lot of discharge, which I am not used to. It's weird it will come out in like large globs.
I know that these symptoms are mostly likely due to the hormones (since this happened to me previously in BC), but I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else? Or if I should worry?
