Cps?6 month old

Okay so I'm real worried cuz my 6 month old has a bad habit of hitting his face on the crib and Mobil we'll he decided to throw a fit hit his cheek hard and now has a bruise on his little cheek I feel horrible my poor baby but it doesn't seen to bother him at all

He has a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm worried they'll think I abuse him will the doctor call cps on me??? I would never ever harm my baby and he's my first idk why he does this how can I prevent this??
